Rhonda Anderson

Rhonda Anderson (she/her/hers) joined the Innovators & Entrepreneurs Foundation’s board in October 2022. Rhonda brings her diverse experience and perspective to the board, combining deep financial expertise and a strong history of charity services to assist the foundation in strategy development that will aid in achieving its goals.

Rhonda is an advocate for financial security and for instilling anti-racism values with youth. Having served on a charity Board as Secretary for many years, Rhonda is focused on providing comprehensive support and resources to at risk communities and schools to work towards developing healthier communities. 

Rhonda has worked in the financial sector for over 14 years in a variety of management roles including Retail Branch Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth, and Fraud. She has been an active community volunteer for many charities including Habitant for Humanity, and the Junior Achievement Program, providing financial literacy to youth.
