The winner of the 2019 High-Growth Entrepreneurship Award is LowestRates.ca, one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies. Lowestrates.ca allows Canadians to easily compare insurance, mortgage, loan, and credit card rates. CEO and Co-Founder Justin Thouin started the firm in 2012 with a small amount of seed funding. Today, LowestRates.ca generates tens of millions of dollars in revenue annually and has saved Canadians close to a billion dollars in interest and fees.
