BIO
Jenn Juby
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 27 years of people leadership and progressive business and executive operations experience across global, start-up, and small private enterprises, Jenn joined us this year with a passion to advocate for Canada’s equity-deserving entrepreneurs.
As a women founder and leader who has scaled start-ups from zero to +$100 million in revenue in less than two years, Jenn brings a unique perspective to the ethos of the organization and leads from the front with compassion and authenticity. Inspired by her own challenges and observed struggles of deserving equity entrepreneurs, Jenn is devoted to mentoring, supporting, and advocating for equity deserving founders.
Jenn rolls up her sleeves and is in the work – she knows the complexities and effort needed to succeed in a start-up. She commits that every action taken by the charity works toward removing systemic biases and racism that impede our network from succeeding in order to strengthen our nation’s diverse prosperity and economic development.
Prior to joining Innovators & Entrepreneurs Foundation, Jenn was the founder and Operations Executive for a chain of retail stores, scaling to seven locations and developing an e-commerce presence in sixteen months – all during the pandemic.
Jenn was also the founder and Executive Director of Women with Influence Network (WWIN), a non-profit mentorship matchmaking organization whose mission is to uplift the lives and work of all women at any level and position in their career. During Jenn’s leadership WWIN held chapters in Central Canada and Nevada, U.S.
