Why you should invest your time to attend this workshop.
Riding the entrepreneurial roller-coaster is hard on your mental health. Research shows it and business owners live it.
Global research has illustrated that entrepreneurs have a higher prevalence of mental health challenges than the general population. In 2019 the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) reported that the common stressors experienced by entrepreneurs include risk-taking, income insecurity, high work demands, and the need to make frequent consequential decisions. From this, the CMHA recommended that mental health should be included in entrepreneurship education.
About the workshop
Good mental health is key to sustainable success in business, and just like every business owner should have a business plan, they should also have a mental health plan.

- Understand why mental health is key to sustainable success in business.
- Understand the role of the nervous system in mental health.
- Learn about KPIs (key performance indicators) in the context of mental health.
